Return Window: Products must be returned within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items: Some products are non-returnable or non-exchangeable, as indicated in the product description. Sale items, products purchased using discount codes, or coupons are non-returnable.
Product Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in original condition. It must include the invoice, all labels, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, hangers, and any other packaging intact. Freebies and gifts provided by Bhavathi Attire are not eligible for return or exchange.
Garment Condition: The product must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Items that are found to be worn, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted.
Customised & Pre-Order Products: Customized items or products purchased on a pre-order basis are not eligible for return or exchange.
Silk Products: Returns or exchanges for silk products are only accepted in extreme cases or if the wrong item is received. In such cases, video proof may be required.
If the returned product meets the Statutory Refund Criteria, you will be eligible for a refund, which will be credited to the original account or payment method used for the purchase. A transaction fee of up to 6% of the order value may be deducted.

Store Refund Criteria (If the product does not meet the Statutory Refund Criteria but satisfies this condition):
Original Condition: The product should be returned in its original condition with the invoice, labels, tags, and all packaging intact.
Unworn & Unwashed: Any product sought to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and unwashed.
Late Delivery: Refunds may be processed if the product was delivered later than the stated delivery schedule, except where the delay was caused by unforeseen circumstances.
Customized & Special Orders: Products that were customized or special delivery orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Right to Reject: Bhavathi Attire reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request without providing any reason. In such cases, the product will be returned to the original shipping address.
